The map is showing the maximum aid ceilings for SME's on municipal level. An enterprise is considered to be an SME after EU definition if it employs less than 250 persons and has an annual turnover below EUR 50 million and/or an annual balance sheet total less than EUR 43 million. Additionally SME must have less than 25% of its capital or voting rights belong to one or several other enterprises.
