At the national level Norway stands out with particularly low regional rates, ranging from 2.2% to 4.3%. For Finland, Sweden and to some extent also for Denmark, the geographical pattern is unbalanced with discernibly low unemployment rates in large parts of the city regions while some other parts of these countries have much higher rates.
